Many bakeries either lean heavily into traditional, rustic aesthetics or adopt generic modern branding that lacks cultural character and authenticity. My goal was to create a visual identity that felt contemporary and premium while honoring the craftsmanship and heritage of Korean baking. I wanted the brand to stand out through simplicity, cultural relevance, and a strong sense of refinement. To achieve this, I developed a minimalist design system centered around the name Baek, which means "pure" in Korean.
